NOTICE OF MEETING (*) OF THE

COMMISSIONERS COURT OF JACK COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the above-named Commissioners Court will be held on Monday the 10th day of November 2025 at 10:00 o'clock am in the County Assembly Room, Suite 104, Courthouse, Jacksboro, Texas, at which time the following subjects* will be discussed and appropriate action taken, to-wit:

These subjects may or may not be discussed in the order shown. All items listed below as part of the called "Consent Agenda Items" require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from this agenda so that it may be considered separate.

1.    Public Forum (Limited to 5 minutes per person);

2.    Payment of Claims;

3.    CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

                  (a)    Approval of Minutes of Meeting for October 27, 2025;

(b)    Review and Acceptance of Tax Assessor/Collector Reports for October 2025;

   (c)     Authorization for use of County Road Right-of-Way by Boley Ranch for water

             line crossing Two Bush Road to property located at 8271 FM 2210, Precinct #2;

   (d)    Acceptance of CPE Credit Hours from TACA Fall Conference 2025 for County

            Auditor Lisa Perry and Assistant County Auditor Heather Mahaffey;

   (e)    Acceptance of Proclamation for Wise Hope Shelter & Crisis Center, Jacksboro;

   (f)     Acceptance and of Jack County Historical Commission Amended Bylaws;

   (g)    Adoption/Approval and signatures of County Longevity Increment Policy FY26

            (2025-2026);

   (h)    Approval of Official Bonds and Oath for Jack County Deputy Sheriff Alyssa

            Gonzalez;

4.    TIMED AGENDA ITEM:   None;

5.    Presentation by Perrin FFA students – Jacob Lange Advisor;

6.    Presentation of Annual Report on Activities of Concerned Citizens of Jack County, Inc. – Russona Jones-Briscoe;

7.    Annual report by Jack County Child Welfare Board Members and Oaths for each member;

8.    Discussion, acceptance and authorize Judge to sign Engagement Letter with Edgin, Parkman, Fleming & Fleming,

       PC to conduct outside audit for Jack County for the year ending September 30, 2022;

9.    Discussion and approval of “AirMed Care Site Membership Plan” and payroll deductions for upgrades for all

       county employees;

10.  Discussion and take action for disposition of old District Courtroom seating;

11.  Discussion to declare salvage and authorization for Sheriff’s Office to sell items through Renne Bates auction;

12   Discussion to approve the identifying and adoption of Armadillo Lane located 1 mile South off FM Hwy 2127 and

       East off of State Highway #148, Precinct #1, as a private road to be listed in the Master Road List held by Nortex;

13.  Discussion of Commissioner Precinct Operations;

14.   Reports, if any, by other Department Heads;       

15.   FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS; AND;

16.   ADJOURNMENT.
